Dr Vinograd, I agree that heavy metals have a lot to do with it as I have mercury poisoning issues. However, clearing mercury takes a very long time, often at least two years or longer and most people cannot suffer from brain fog and other issues while trying to clear the toxins. Molybdenum can, in fact, help candida so it isn't a losing battle. I agree the issues will keep resurfacing until the toxins are out but there are a lot of things a person can do to help clear the toxins and alleviate symptoms in the meantime. In my person experience, molybdenum has been a wonderful supplement to help on many levels including candida(see my other posts).
