Basically just as the title says: Do anti-fungals and other anti-parasitc herbs and foods kill the good bacteria in your gut too, just like they (are supposed to) kill the bad ones?

Think for instance of garlic, supposedly a great healthy addition to your diet. However, if it kills the good flora and fauna in your gut as well, I guess you can 'overdo' it??
