Hey guys. I got an idea.

I was thinking of juicing onion and putting the onion juice in tomato juice. I know that tomatoes are nightshades, and have read some about possible negative effects of nightshades.

I am wondering...have any of you mixed onion juice and tomato juice before and drank it? I think I will drink it regardless of what it tastes like. More what I'm wondering is if anyone her thinks it is unhealthy? Must one ingest the juice of onions immediately in order to keep it from going bad?

I am afraid that I have no experience with onions. :(
