That's why we mentioned the L-selenimethionine form of selenium. I believe it was Newport who has reported higher levels of IT was safe, when you're at the heavy level of detoxing with the Iodine supplementation.

It is the elemental forms of selenium (like from yeast or nuts) that one must watch not to take too much of.
