YES! I Know what you mean! I get so annoyed at those that totally abuse their bodies, yet appear to have perfect health. Then here I am eating "health food" (according to everyone, even my husband says I should be the healthiest one in the bunch), yet I'm in the worst shape of all. I eat right, exercise, and go out of my way to do the healthier things, yet nothing to show for it. Yes I agree with the immune system thing. I always tell my loved ones that I didn't get the gene that fights fungus.lol But my mom's health is in bad shape too, she has everything I have, but just a better attitude. She eats whatever she wants and doesn't do anything along the candida fighting guidelines. But she is just about in the same boat as me, no worse though, plus she's generally happy. Loooking back at her health history makes me realize I was probaly born with this!! Well anyway, I keep trying, Bodgy
