Hello,

As some of you know from my thread below, i am on a 40 day water fast. Currently on day 6.

I have been promoting the fast on various forums over the net and the vast majority of replies are that fsting is stupid, my heart muscles will get eaten first, i will get scurvy and die from refeeding syndrome.

It is a bit hard to stay positive with feedback like this.

What are the true risk factors for a healthy 25 year old on a 40 day water fast?

Do you think i wil manage it?

Or are they just scare mongering?
