Wow, the earth is cheap. I will buy some for me and my Lab who looks like her hips are sensitive, but TODAY I'm going to the HFS to get silica.

My back and knees are bothering me a lot in this weather.

Is there anything else I should get for joints?
I use glucosamine/chondroitin , primrose oil, fish oil and a ton of supplements but I never heard of Silica!
