Hi,
I have a fungal growth on one spot of my body (which developed during my pregnancy in 07) and the ointment the dermatologist gave me (which I have used every day for a month) has not changed the situation at all. I am eager to take matters into my own hands and rid myself of this fungus, as I suspect it may be the cause of my eczema. What is the best diet for me? I assume no sugar. What else? Any other remedies?

Are there foods to INCLUDE in my diet to help me out?

Also- I take apple cider vinegar everyday..I heard vinegar is not good for fungus,is this true?
