I have an inversion table and one of
these chairs which I bought because of
my own rehabbing my knees from a torn
meniscus.

The similarities are that they both are
excellent for moving lymph which is very
important. The difference that I can
think of between using an inversion chair
and a table would be that in a chair,
there is no strain on your ankles like
there is when you invert on a table. On
the other hand, you will not get the
benefit of "traction" you get with a table
in a chair. So, the benefit of a chair
really is only the lymph movement. This
is why I purchased the bounce chair since
I wanted to strengthen myself without the
undue stress of a trampoline or a rebounder.
Now that I have gotten stronger, I can
rebound on the trampoline without pain but
I still love the bounce chair and it is so
easy to use and popular with guests. I
think though an inversion chair would be
a good investment depending on if your
infirmity limits your ability to invert
on a table. The table's benefit is inversion
but also "rocking" which is where the lymph
massage comes in.

As an aside, I have been using supplements
to also strengthen and support my healing
of my knee and recently have fallen in love
with the benefits of diatomaceous earth. I
can recommend using it and it is very cost
effective~~here is some info~~
