I don't think people are doubting your honesty. I appreciate that you are trying to post your positive experiences. could you be more specific as to what you eat each day. I noticed that you mentioned eating chicken which is listed as an acidic food.Has anyone else noticed that diet or supplements had a positive or negative effect on their e.c ? I tried Water Fasting for 3 weeks and saw my inflammation improve but the dryness got worse.
