I don't buy it here, this link is just to show you what it is.

Since the 2 pills they recommend only contain 200 mcgs of Se, I get Henry's brand of yeast free Se and take those to equal the total amount of 400-800 per day.


I panic when I am coming to the end of the Bio E and Se bottle, love that stuff
