I am so happy for you Marissa that you are making so much progress! Not cheating is the key! I have had candida for years and as soon as I start to get better I start eating bad again and then I get sick again. It has taken me a long time to learn my lesson but now I know this will have to be a lifestyle for me. I'm not saying it will for everyone but I have had it for so long that I am just prone to it. I actually am fine with the diet, I have been on it for a while now and sweets and alcohol don't even look good to me anymore. I'm happy to hear that you are doing well! Keep up the good work!
