Ron Paul voted to not extend the Civil Rights Act. Without the protection of law the majority squash the human rights of the minority. Libertarian Anarchy works only for those of privilege and does not work for the rest. If you are a wealthy doctor with major investments in gold and oil, funded by racist newsletters, Libertarianism might be your best bet.
