Thanks for your help. Im currently suffering from the following problems....

-acne
-loads blacksheads on my nose and forehead
-dry skin
-flaky skin

Do you believe performing several Liver Flushes will help with these problems?

Also i forgot to mention, things like cod liver oil, borage oil and oily foods like avacados break me out. Will i be okay when drinking the olive oil or could that cause me to break out?
