Hi my oil pulling friends:

I was surprised none of you responded to my post below regarding half premolar breaking?

My extraction is a few weeks away but should I continue oil pulling? I am just afraid I may increase the load of bacteria which may be collecting....

I will of course oil pull once my premolar is extracted.

I am still oil pulling....

Please help me decide whether to stop now until the extraction.
