Standardized herbs have a bit of herbalists saying they arent as good as whole plant tinctures. So with Saw Palmetto, is it better to take Soft gels or Tinctures? I know the fatty acids need to be present to be effective. So whats your take on it? If so... How much of tincture or soft gels should one use for saw for hair loss support?
