I suspect I have some kind of blockage. When I tried to stop I had a bloated stomach & pain around the ileo-caecal area. It was so bad I had to go to the doctor. No laxatives work anymore. Even castor oil! Just at the moment even enemas aren't producing BMs. I was staying with people and it was impossible to do an enema. Now I am totally blocked. Tomorrow I might try coffee enemas. Or some dynamite! I am really desperate.

I do urine enemas all the time. They are very therapeutic. Extraordinary. They make me feel very peaceful. I have much more energy and no brain fog. I have better results than with UT which makes me pee all the time. I think I eat the wrong kind of food, maybe too much protein but with so many food sensitivities I have no choice. It's a shame because when ever I did UT I felt great - very happy.
