Smoke Organic tobacco, no filters, and don't use regular papers with chlorine. I smoke approx. 6-8 a day, and like clockwork the next morning I cough up huge chunks of extremely stringy phlegma. The tobacco plant has extremely high natural anti-biotics qualities for the lungs and acts as an expectorant. The ancient American Indians when injured with an open wound would immediately put the tobacco plant on the wound. Now you know why They are working so hard urging citizens not to smoke.
