Does this mean that you like the way Bill Clinton governed and you didn't like the way George Bush and his daddy governed?

I like the way congress governed after 1994.  Remember the media reported it as a "republican takeover"?  I guess they felt it was some sort of illegitimate election.  Who sends the president legislation?  It was Bill Clinton who believed it wasn't his job to fight with the republican congress.

As far as the Bushes are concerned, they either intentionally or unintentionally miss opportunities to explain conservatism.  Maybe they really don't believe in it.
