Hi Ya'll,

It has just come to my attention that the Kelp that is sold by Health food stores etc as Tablets and or Capsules can only contain 150 units of Iodine, thus many of those selling Kelp may be using Laminaria Digitata, which is the Highest in Iodine?

Because of this they can use a very small amount of this Kelp and add fillers, so that the buyer is getting Very little Kelp for their Money ! This makes for a Lot more Profit, but Less Healing for the Money !

It now appears that if one wants to get Top Quality Kelp and enough of it to help our bodys Heal that we must buy bulk kelp and put it in capsules ourself if we cannot take it in powder form with our meals?

Greed continues to Kill too many folks !
