Thanks for the helpful information on migraines. My boyfriend gets them.

Apparently a toxic bowel is one thing migraine sufferers MUST clean out. So that's perfect that you are on the Ultimate Fast. Even if you stop being on the fast and eat well while taking the b&p you can rid your body of mucoid plaque ropes (toxins) etc.
