This should come as a dire warning for all of us. If I ever get the urge to have a Big Mac & Fries I'll always remember this post!!!!

Well, really any fast food joint except for maybe a few sandwiches at Subway will encourage your body to expand like that if eaten on a regular basis not to mention what kind of crap is in it. The sad thing is that many, many parents think they're giving their children a treat by taking them to places like this.

I would advise everyone to stay away from fast food restaurants, respect your body and don't fill it with junk!
