Ok it takes me a long time to digest beets I have seen it been at least 4 days....PTree you said to work on my digestive system ...I'm always careful what I eat,I try to get lots of fiber,drink lots of water!
I try to eat raw veggies fruit,eat nuts ( pig out sometimes on chocolate or something, I make yogurt and kefir, bake my own bread (in the machine) :)What is there more to do?

Please help me, how do I start to take better care?
I always thought it was good to eat your grains plenty too
PLEASE TELL ME HOW SHOULD I MAKE A NEW START WITH MY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM???
