haha... that's funny ... the grim reaper assuring someone that 'everything should be fine' lol i laughed at that one.

No you won't die unless you are on special medications and need to take them. if you are healthy and not medication-dependant then you will only benefit from fasting. You might get headaches or fatigue, but death? no. First fast I would recommend doing one day on a day off from work, and doing it on vapor-distilled water or fresh well-water or SNOW(!) if you live in a cold area... Freshly fallen snow is the purest form of water you can find!
