No matter what I eat, or how much/little, I no longer have the ability to lose weight. Gaining weight, though is no problem. I know that I have adrenal fatigue (low cortisol, low DHEA, low progesterone). What I want to know is if weight loss is now difficult to impossible, is fat loss as well?

I ask because I've been doing Bikram (hot) yoga for 3 months now and I was hoping to see inch loss in lieu of pound loss, but so far nothing. I'd like to know if people with AF can lose inches if not pounds?
