People do recover from this. First you really need to stay off of the alcohol. It's Multiple chemical sensitivities along with what you noted. There is a Doctor named Dr Lyn Hanshew who is an expert in things like getting mercury out. But you need to heal the gut first before you try to detox. Just google her name to find her website.
