I'm well up for doing this Colon Cleanse with the P&B. My only problem is my diet, which is basically paloelithic. I eat animal products with every meal. How is this going to affect the outcome? Is it still worth doing the P&B? Should i consider a different approach? I'm not up for dropping food that once had eyes, and stuff cos I'd have bugger all left to eat! Man cannot survive on veggies alone. I don't tolerate grains due to my candida.
