Yes, the pain I experience during colonics is like cramping- in fact, it's the exact same sensation I got during my periods since I was twelve. Just before the waste comes out, it is severe, to the point of me wanting to pass out- and my legs and back throb- but once it comes out, it subsides. But I am always left with a raw and irritated feeling.

The last couple of times I went she commented that I had lots of acidity coming out- I was going through a very emotional time, and my entire system felt like acid. I do get to see what comes out when I want, but I'm usually trying to do deep breathing!

I still have a lot of food sensitivities , so that could be why there's so much gas...also the parasites. But I'm wondering why does it lodge itself and not come out at other times? I usually only get gas when I've been constipated for more than a day, and the stuff's been piling up.

How hot can I make the enema water with it still being safe? Do you mean one complete enema of each temperature, or 1/2 quart hot, then 1/2 quart cold?
