Good add.  Actually I am no fan of any kind of soy and try to avoid it as much as I can, but the stuff is in just about everything it seems and I am sure that it slips by way too often when I fail to take time to read the labels.  I will admit to a fondness for soy sauce when eating Chinese food every once in a great while.  I guess it just goes so well with all that MSG, ya know?
