im interested in gtummo yoga, the yoga that can raise the temperature of the body has this harvard medical study showed

Ive noit been able to find the methodology, could someone tell me or direct to a website with the methodology of this yoga practise?

Im also interested in finding a mental control practise to block pain. Again Id be grateful for any direction. Im aware of raja yoga, butagaina no concrete methodology
