Thanx for the reply! I'm on day 2 of my cleanse and still eating raw food..I'm not feeling too great right now and will probably end it on sunday with some soup..Right now I feel kind of light headed..I guess the herbs must be taking affect because my stomach is doing jumping jacks..I have been taking my herbs and B&P shakes throughout the day..hopefully this is worth something in the end..need to go lie down now cya
