I guess thats why I lost my muscle tone in my legs and hinny..LOL
I thought it was just old age sitting in. LOL

I am one of the thin ones. But unhealthy. People don't seem to realize you can be skinny and unhealthy.

I enjoyed reading what you said about the horses. Vey interesting.
