Hello,

Im new to this board..Currently, I am on my first day of the Colon Cleanse outlined in the Acne Miracle book by Leo Kiessen..so far I haven't noticed anything but I do feel kind of weak..Today I ate completely raw..Some oranges, apples, banannas, and some lettuce..Tommorow I will begin taking my herbs and following his instructions stated in his book...I had trouble getting some Barberry bark and Plantain =(..I will be taking Plantain tea =X..Basically, I just want to know what I should be expecting starting tommorow..Any tips/recipes or suggestions would be greatly appreaciated..Thank you very much and take care...I saw the cleanses stated on the site but was just looking to try something new =)
