I tried posting a short while ago but I was getting a "website not responding" error.

I was wondering if what I have been experiencing lately could be die-off. After a weird juice I made which included fresh garlic cloves (the other ingredients I don't remember, but it made for a very strong juice), I have been passing dead parasites. I made this juice about three weeks ago and the symptoms started three days after. I feel very spaced out all day. I have a hard time falling asleep at night and have to force myself to close my eyes and keep them closed. It's difficult to get up in the morning and I feel like no matter how much I sleep I can't get enough rest.

I experienced something similar (although it did not last as long as this) after taking ParaGone. I only took ParaGone for four days starting December 18th and on the day after I stopped taking it I passed what looked like a segment of a tapeworm. I did not continue the ParaGone as instructed because I was worried I was doing something wrong because of these symptoms and my stools being very small, dark, thin and 'wet' (but not like diarrhea).

I know that I have to cleanse my body of parasites, but I also want to do a Bowel Cleanse at the same time. I don't think I will be ready to start any cleansing for another month or so. (How do you guys cleanse while holding a full time job? Perhaps I am making a bigger deal of this than it really is.)

I would really appreciate some suggestions for relief of this (feeling exhausted) until I can cleanse my body.
