Hi there! (can't bring myself to call you 'nothing'! is that allright?) So, by all means, take the Bentonite and psyllium while you're eating...I've done it and my boyfriend got out a 1974 shiny penny when he did it too! (it totally works! //www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=105&i=921 He was never constipated while he took the B&P) Just make sure you drink lots of water!

Plus...make sure you take the Bentonite and psyllium at least an hour (maybe two in your case of birth control pills...just to be on the safe side!) away from your birth control pills.
