I have also dreamed about floating about easily and moving though the air and thinking "how is it that others don't know how easy it is?" all I have to do is think it and there I go.

The dreams are so real, I can remember the thouhgts almost as true memories - the feeling of being stumped at why others don't get how to do it.

Same for walking on water - across with ease.

Your transformation sounds so uniquely different.

My dreams ususally just turn into some other scene and cannot turn back even if I desperately wish to.

I like the 'out of body' line of thought. It sounds intriguing.
