hveragerthi, you make mention of nettle a lot for various health situations. Do you recommend making tea or infusion? Are capsules OK? I've read that nettle can also be steeped in cold water overnight, strained and drunk.

This may be an inappropriate place for nettle leaf thread. Would you mind starting one with your recommendations.
