I believe I am on a candida diet, I certainly experience die-off and cleansing reactions from the healthy foods I eat. All the candida books I have read along with my nutritionist and alternative doctor dont recommend that I eat "no" carbs....obviously they dont recommend to go mad with them and eat them like there is no tomorrow but its all about being sensible. I dont know who is recommending no carbs - I dont see that on the forum.
