In the recipe for the alkalizing drink, it says to dissolve 1 TBL of pickling lime in a gallon of distilled water.

How do you get the pickling lime to dissolve in the distilled water? Mine ends up on the bottom of the jug, even after vigorous shaking over and over again.

Also, can you get benefits from the drink without the molasses and kelp? I mean, will you still get calcium and magnesium that way?

Sign me "not too smart about such things"--

Thanks! --Cinnamonbear

P.S. I think the url for the recipe is http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1047123
