The official theory here seems to be that, in order for this forum to be supportive, some facts that don't fit the the dogma about the candida diet must be hidden.
My view is you cannot help anybody by lying to them; I will therefore stop posting on this forum.
It's replaced the rigid medical orthodoxy about candida (it does not exist) by another rigid ND orthodoxy (the candida diet is great and works for everyone); this is just more of the same and I don't see the point.
So bye bye guys, I wish you the best but I don't care for more inside the box thinking.
