I would not use any glandular. Long term use or high dose use of glandulars can cause atrophy of the glands leading to more problems in the long run. Adrenal glandulars can also be too stimulatory for the system causing other problems as well.

I prefer to use natural sources of vitamin C and pantothenic acid as well as adaptogenic herbs to build the glands rather than substitute for them.
