I think perhaps you didnt get the correct diet. Meat is important but must be clean, organic and full of healthy fats. Our body needs fats to detox but the fat must be rid of toxins. Chickens dont take 45 day chicken (take organic chicken).
Theres so much to diet that i cant write everything here.

Our body is SELF HEALING. Once you take away the toxins and give it the correct
nutrients, it heals itself. And thats the CURE. Nothing cures except your body cures itself.
