Order of cleansing is specified in Dr Sutters book.

It's something like the following (the sources for products are highly recommended):
The main idea is you want your channels of elimination open before trying to detoxify.
1) Bowel Cleanse (from Dr Schulze)
2) parasite cleanse (from Barefoot herbalist)
3) Liver cleanse (using the Sutter coke Liver Flush - see his forums)
4) Lymph cleanse (not specified but can be done with massage, exercise, rebounding etc)
5) More? Weekly maintenance on parasite cleanse.

I did all of these things and they definitely work, especially the liver flush. It takes time though, I only saw great results after flush #12.
