Still trying to fight the symptom huh motiff? Say, after you "cure" yourself of candida, go back on a regular diet and see how long you can remain candida free. The candida diet, in itself, is unhealthy. Sure, you can suppress candida with it and make your symptoms better, and some people who have candida simply because of excess Sugar intake/ Antibiotics will cure themselves, but for systemic and serious cases the diet will not cure. It is OVERLY alakalizing. Your body is meant to reside in a 7.4 PH level. If you reside higher or lower than that for more than a week, it will cause negative repercussions.
