I have actually GAINED weight from the diet. I have gained a good 8 pounds from all of the avocado's and nuts, seeds, and nut butters. I have also been more inactive since getting sick so I tend to lay around more and eat all day. Now that I am feeling better I am getting outside and exercising, hoping the weight will come off soon.
