I am trying to be really strict and just eat meat fish and veg but no root veg. most of the time i am good like this, but sometimes i eat yogurt and almonds . its really hard to know what to do for the best isn't it? if someone just said eat this you will get before then that would be fine but everyone has different idaes. I just worry that the hormones while your pregant will make you worse, i am not too bad now but the ides of going down hill again is really scary.
