Low carb isnt good for you, lower carbs ok i could agree on but low/minimalistically no carbs is what you's all promote as a healthy diet, nothing healthy or natural about that.

And were not talking refined here as there bad for you. But low in healthy complex is not healthy. End up in a state of chronic ketosis but that is healthy eh?lol
