I know how hard it is to not drink. I have to admit I've fasted whilst still drinking alcohol as I have a problem, it's probably the worst thing you could do and kind of defeats the purpose of fasting for weight loss as I'm consuimng 'empty' calories... but I can't stop myself... I'm rubbish.
