Update:

Okay the night before last night I had her retain an olive Oil Enema ( ~8 oz) and had her put her feet up like ZoeBess recommended.
It was probably the most successful enema yet, as it removed about what I would guess to be a day's worth of stool. She had little cramping, but did not want to do a follow up warm water (1qt.) enema.

Just last night she started complaining of a sharp nagging pain just under her rib on the right side... It seems to come and go. I'm obviously concerned and wondering whether I should take her to the ER or wait until her GI appt. on wednesday.
