Awesome, definitely appreciate the input. I was hoping that she would do it, but when she said that she had a 'gut' feeling about it I decided it best to trust her intuition.

Of course, you do not want to drink TOO much water,
but put out a quart a day and make it a goal for
your wife to finish that, and then work up to
another quart.

10-4 I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do about the oil, I have her taking about 4 grams of concentrated fish oil (nordic naturals) a day, not sure if that's enough. If not I suppose I could supplement it with some Flax soft gels. I have her drinking the large Fiji waters, it's expensive, but she likes it better than the others and makes less of a fuss. Plus it's easier to gauge with the 1 quart bottles.
